These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of www.ramirezdetailing.com and to the services provided by Ramirez Tint & Detailing [legal entity name] (“we,” “us”). These services include auto detailing, paint correction, ceramic coating, window tint, fleet, maintenance and add-on services. By using our website or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.

Quotes and pricing

Prices on our website are starting prices for typical vehicles in typical condition. Your final price depends on your vehicle’s size, condition and the options you choose. We will confirm it before work begins. Quotes are valid for [30] days. If we find conditions during the service that require extra work, such as heavy contamination, pet hair, odors or paint damage, we will talk with you before doing additional work.

Booking, deposits and cancellations

• Appointments can be booked online, by phone or through our quote form, and are confirmed when we confirm them with you.
• [Ceramic coating, paint correction and other multi-hour services require a non-refundable deposit of $[amount], which is applied to your final balance.]
• Please give at least [24/48] hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may lose the deposit [or be charged a fee of $[amount]].

Your vehicle

• Please remove valuables and personal items before your appointment. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.
• Tell us about any existing damage, aftermarket parts, repainted panels, or previous coatings or films before work begins.
• We may take photos of your vehicle before and after service to record its condition and show our work.
• Some conditions cannot be fully corrected. These include deep scratches, rock chips, failed clear coat, permanent stains and sun damage. Results depend on the vehicle’s condition.

Mobile services

For mobile appointments, you agree to provide a safe, legal place to work with enough space around the vehicle. [Please also provide access to water and power if requested.] We may decline or reschedule if the location or weather is not suitable.

Window tint

You are responsible for choosing a tint level that meets Florida law and any medical exemption you may hold. We can advise you on legal limits, but the final shade choice is yours. Follow our aftercare instructions, including keeping windows rolled up for the stated curing period.

Payment

Payment is due when the service is complete unless we agree otherwise in writing. We accept [cash, credit/debit cards, …]. Fleet accounts are billed under the terms in their service agreement.

Warranties and aftercare

• Ceramic coatings and window films carry manufacturer warranties according to each product’s terms. To keep a warranty valid, you may need to register the product, follow aftercare instructions and attend scheduled maintenance.

Limitation of liability
